So, are we all agreed on April 26th. I'd suggest around 10.30 / 11.00 AM.

All we need now is a way of identification. I was going to go with the simple option of PM'ing those that are coming my mobile number so you can call me when near or there.

Happy for other suggestions though!

26th April it is, 10.30 to 11am, sounds good. I am happy to just stick a label on my lapel with "P.I.C. Sue" on it, if it makes things easier, and wandering round the Parcel Office (I think that was where we decided?) until I spot someone.
