For those interested, I thought I would report back on our get-together!

There were 6 of us and 2 partners, so we made a nice group and chatted over tea, coffee and beer and stayed on for a leisurely lunch.

I thought it was a really useful morning, it was upbeat and funny, very informative as well as the relief of meeting people who really understand the simple day to day issues of the disease.

We were all keen to meet again and hopefully others will have a go at setting up meetings in other parts of the world? All it needs is someone to find a nice venue that is easy to get to and fix a date, I am sure this site and the Facebook group will drum up a few customers, it really is a very uplifting experience!!

It was certainly an enjoyable and useful get together - let's hope there will be many other occasions when we can meet up and share our thoughts and experiences.
And lunch was good too!

Thank you all for taking the time and trouble to come to the Parcel Yard yesterday. Very glad we finally got there!

It was a pleasure to meet you and certainly hope we can do this again in the future.
